We are based in Greenville, SC, but we serve clients across the United States. At this time, we are seeking practitioners local to the South Carolina Upstate who are interested in a hybrid in-person and remote role.

COMPENSATION
Compensation is structured around client sessions at an hourly rate. Base rates begin at $45 per hour and are reflective of experience and qualifications. Additional commission opportunities are tied to client recruitment, retention, and overall session volume.

Administrative or growth-related responsibilities may be compensated separately under a different structure. Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process.

Santé Vie: Functional Wellness is a growing functional health company built around a root-cause, systems-based approach to wellness. Founded and led by Rebekah Fedrowitz, MDN, BCHN, Santé Vie is intentionally building a collaborative, multidisciplinary model that supports both high-quality client services and long-term professional sustainability for practitioners.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This role focuses on direct client work, collaboration with other practitioners, and active participation in the growth of the practice. Practitioners work with clients through individualized nutrition services grounded in functional and integrative principles, while also contributing to education, visibility, and relationship-building efforts that support the practice as a whole.

Client caseloads build over time and are supported through internal referrals, shared marketing efforts, and collective outreach.

We are seeking passionate professionals with expertise in diverse specialties including women’s hormones, gut health, children, and more. Multiple positions may be available based if specialties and experience levels fit with our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide individualized, client-centered nutrition services using functional and integrative frameworks

  • Conduct initial and follow-up consultations, including assessment, education, and protocol development

  • Collaborate with other practitioners to maintain clear standards and a cohesive client experience

  • Participate in education, workshops, and community-facing initiatives as appropriate

  • Contribute to practice growth

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education and/or specialized training in holistic, integrative, and/or functional nutrition
    A diploma or degree in nutrition or a related health field is preferred; select non-diploma programs will be considered when training is robust and clinically applicable
    Preference given to candidates who are Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition

  • Experience applying functional nutrition principles in client-facing work, including assessment, education, and protocol development

  • Ability to identify health and nutrition patterns and translate insights into practical, individualized strategies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain concepts clearly

  • Experience with development and growth efforts, including workshops, networking, referral relationships, or other outreach initiatives

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort using digital platforms for scheduling, documentation, and communication

  • Ability to work independently with accountability while contributing to a collaborative team environment
